Patrick holds a B.A. from St. Bonaventure University (1993) and a Juris Doctorate from University of Massachusetts School of Law (1998).
CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE
Patrick concentrates his practice representing real estate developers, condominium development and associations, and all areas relating to residential real estate and condominium purchases and sales. He maintains extensive real estate brokerage and lending relationships to assure a virtually seamless closing process for clients. Patrick is frequently invited to speak at “first-time” buyer programs and other educational real estate forums.
MEMBERSHIP
Patrick is a member of the Boston Bar and Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. Prior to forming Dwyer, Spino & Goncalves, LLC, Patrick spent 8 years as the managing attorney of Patrick F. Dwyer & Associates, LLC.
FAMILY AND INTERESTS
Patrick was born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey. He currently resides in Arlington with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Hannah and Benjamin. Patrick is also an accomplished athlete.
He is annually recognized as one of the top age-group triathletes in the nation. He finished 7th in his age group at Triathlon Nationals in 2012, and 6th in his age group in 2018. He has also completed 15 ironman distance races, including qualifying and competing at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2019. He holds an ironman personal best of 9:24.
