Adam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from The George Washington University (1998) and a Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law (2003).
CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE
Adam concentrates his practice on representing individuals and business in all aspects of Real Estate and Business Law, including choice of business formation, business and LLC Operating Agreements, and like complex transactional business requirements. Adam maintains significant relationships with real estate sales persons and lending professionals in connection with his residential closing practice. Adam has been a guest speaker for Banks and Credit Unions on the topics of Corporate Formation and Commercial Loan Workouts, as well as presenting at numerous “First Time Home Buyer” seminars.
MEMBERSHIP
Adam is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Adam is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Business Law Section and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
FAMILY AND INTERESTS
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Adam now resides in Somerville, Massachusetts, and is an alumni of St. John’s Prep in Danvers. Adam plays competitive soccer and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys kayaking, hiking and fly-fishing.
