JEFFREY R. LARNARD

Jeffrey received his Dual Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Sports Management and Journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2010 and earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from New England School of Law in Boston in 2013. Jeffrey was named a partner of the firm in October of 2022.
CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE
Jeffrey concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers, condominium associations and lenders in all facets of both residential and commercial real estate transactions. From preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, to reviewing complex title examinations, Jeffrey ensures his clients are well protected and informed throughout the entire process.
Prior to joining Dwyer, Spino & Goncalves, LLC, in May of 2017, Jeffrey worked at a small general practice firm in Boston representing buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions, landlords and tenants in eviction matters, and handling other general litigation matters. Jeffrey’s past experience has included arguing several matters in courts across the state of Massachusetts including several district, superior and housing courts.

Jeffrey is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
FAMILY AND INTERESTS
Jeffrey was born in Amesbury, Massachusetts and now resides in Norwood, Massachusetts with his wife, dog and cats. Jeffrey is an avid runner having run multiple marathons with a personal best time of 3:00:35. When he is not running, he can be found at Fenway Park where he has owned season tickets since 2013, cheering on other New England sports teams, or hiking or snowboarding somewhere in the mountains.
