CHRISTOPHER M. PATALANO
ASSOCIATE
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2015 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2021.
CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE
Chris concentrates his practice on business and commercial matters, representing individuals and businesses on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and compliance, franchise formation, contract review, and commercial leasing and real estate, providing clients with practical, business-focused guidance and solutions. Chris also supports the firm’s residential real estate practice, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders through all aspects of complex real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Dwyer Goncalves, LLC, Chris worked at an Am Law 100 business immigration law firm, representing corporate clients through complex employment-based regulatory matters. Chris also has experience in representing clients through Family and Probate litigation, including divorce, guardianship, and child custody matters.
MEMBERSHIP
Chris is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Chris is also a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association.
FAMILY AND INTERESTS
Chris is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family, traveling, and playing golf.
