Raj is the head of the Estate Planning Department and specializes in creating personalized estate plans that protect her clients’ assets and ensure their legacies are preserved for future generations. Her practice focuses on estate tax planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and probate avoidance strategies. Known for her client-centered approach, Raj takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, crafting tailored solutions that meet their long-term financial and family goals. She is dedicated to making the process as smooth and accessible as possible, with a particular emphasis on helping clients understand complex legal and tax issues.

Raj also represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of Business Law, including business formation, drafting and negotiating business agreements, such as shareholder agreements, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, consulting agreements, technology agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, buy-sell and equity transfer agreements, purchase and sale agreements and vendor/supplier agreements. Raj has closed hundreds of complex business transactions, including numerous mergers and acquisitions. She works with businesses to structure and negotiate transactions involving the purchase, sale, finance, leasing, and development of commercial properties.

Raj proudly heads DG’s Adoption Department, specializing in Second Parent Adoptions, to help LGBTQ+ couples legally secure their parental rights.
