John Spino

FOUNDING PARTNER

John holds a liberal arts degree from Boston University (1995) and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University (1998) where he was the Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Law Student Committee for the Massachusetts Bar Association and also Executive Editor of Suffolk University Law School’s student-run newspaper DICTA. John earned the honor to serve as a judicial intern to the United States District Court of Massachusetts under Judge Patti B. Saris.

CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE

John’s practice includes all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, probate law, elder law, real estate law, and business law. John has over twenty years of experience. John is frequently a guest speaker on subjects covering estate planning, tax matters, real estate law and business matters. John has been retained by national law firms to assist in litigation strategies involving high profile individuals and businesses, John also serves as an expert witness in estate planning, real estate and probate matters.

Prior to forming Dwyer, Spino & Goncalves, LLC, John was the managing Attorney of Spino Law Offices, P.C.

MEMBERSHIP

John is a Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Charles River Chamber of Commerce. John is also a past Chair of the Governance Committee for the Charles River Chamber of Commerce.

John is admitted to the following Bars:

  • FAMILY AND INTERESTS

    John was born in Westerly, Rhode Island and currently resides in North Andover, Massachusetts. His interests include: reading, tennis, kayaking and traveling.
